1. General Provisions
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of services provided by Interior AI SAS, a company registered in France, operating the Interior AI platform accessible at interiorai-homestaging.com. By subscribing to any of our subscription plans, you agree to be bound by these terms. Interior AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon publication on our website.
2. Services Description
Interior AI provides an artificial intelligence-powered interior design platform that allows users to: generate AI-powered room redesigns from uploaded photos, access a library of curated design styles and themes, receive personalized furniture and decor recommendations, and export high-resolution renderings of redesigned spaces. The service is provided exclusively on a subscription basis as described in our pricing page. Users without an active subscription are entitled to a single trial generation; subscribers benefit from a daily limit of ten (10) generations, with no carry-over from one day to the next.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in euros and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider Stripe and through the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Google) distribution platforms when the purchase is made from the mobile application. Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly or annually depending on the plan selected). Interior AI reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content services that have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. By starting an AI generation through your subscription, you expressly acknowledge that the service has begun to be performed and waive your right of withdrawal for any generations consumed. For unused subscription periods, you may request a pro-rata refund within 14 days of purchase.
5. Subscription and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until that date. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle after cancellation, except as required by applicable law.
6. Delivery of Digital Services
AI-generated designs are delivered digitally through the Interior AI platform. Generation time varies depending on complexity and server load, typically between 30 seconds and 5 minutes. Interior AI does not guarantee specific delivery times but strives to ensure prompt processing. Generated images are available for download in your account for a minimum of 12 months from the date of creation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Interior AI provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality in AI-generated designs, we do not guarantee that results will meet specific expectations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the 12 months preceding any claim. Interior AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
